Maryland Crisis Hotline: This 24/7 hotline provides immediate support and crisis intervention for individuals and families facing mental health emergencies. Hotline: 1-800-422-0009

Mental Health Association of Maryland: This organization offers resources, advocacy, and support for individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges.

Postpartum Support International - Maryland Chapter: This organization offers support and resources for parents dealing with postpartum mental health issues.

NAMI Maryland (National Alliance on Mental Illness): NAMI offers support groups and resources for parents and families dealing with mental health challenges.

Behavioral Health System Baltimore (BHSB): BHSB provides information on mental health and substance use services in Baltimore City, including crisis services and resources.

Hearts and Homes for Youth- Has a Teen mother program called Damamli, dedicated to supporting pregnant and parenting teen mothers in Maryland, placing emphasis on educating young mothers to be able to thrive independently.

Family Options Program (Howard County)- A teen parenting program for high-risk pregnant and parenting teenagers who live in Howard County. Supports young families to reach their fullest potential by providing home visiting, group meetings, and case management services.
