Help Sustain Our Efforts
The intentional creation of Black Child Welfare and its components are sustained through love for the community, volunteered time and efforts, and gifts/donations. If you are looking to be a part of the continued education and advocating for the community, please feel welcomed to support via donations or time. Black Child Welfare is not a government recognized charity and we are unable to provide tax receipts for tax purposes.
Sponsor a Group/Workshop
When children and youth have difficulty with emotions and behaviors, it can be challenging for some families to have access to the services that will assist them due to barriers associated with social determinants of health, to include financial strain, transportation, location of services, lack of insurance etc. Sponsoring groups/workshops help to remove these barriers.
Sponsor Therapeutic Materials
The intentional creation of culturally aware therapeutic materials can be costly. Sponsoring these materials allows access to populations suffering from financial strain, to include professionals who may need the materials to help the same population in care.
Volunteer Services
Black Child Welfare is sustained by its creator, and the time, efforts and support of the community. Volunteers are always welcomed to help ensure the continuance of the movement. We welcome you.
